🔥 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager / Content Creator to grow our restaurant’s online presence through real, in-the-moment content.

This is not a remote role — you must be in the restaurant capturing content during busy hours.

What You’ll Do

  •  Create and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook 
  •  Capture real-time video/photos of food, guests, and team 
  •  Post consistently (3–5 times per week) 
  •  Respond to comments/messages and engage with followers 
  •  Highlight promotions, events, and daily buffet offerings 
Optional: Serve & Earn More

 You can also work server shifts to earn tips while gaining real experience that helps you create better content.

Schedule Requirements

  •  Must be available some evenings and weekends
  •  Must work on-site during peak hours for content capture 
Employment Options

  • Employee (W-2): Hourly + optional serving shifts 
  • Independent Contractor (1099): Flexible structure (per post, per shift, or monthly) 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Comfortable filming in a busy restaurant environment 
  •  Up-to-date on TikTok / Instagram trends 
  •  Outgoing personality (not afraid to be on camera) 
  •  Consistent, dependable, and self-motivated 
  •  Restaurant experience is a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
