About the Role:

TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Cullman, AL is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Server to join our team! In this role, you'll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests while guiding and supporting front-of-house staff. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor front-of-house serving staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner throughout the dining experience
Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
Train new servers on service standards, procedures, and company policies
Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, beverage stations, and buffet zones
Assist management with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or food service experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, guest-first attitude
Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
